As an administrator, you can set everything through administration
In this post, I am going to show you, where you can find everything, regarding administration. Each picture will transfer you to particular administration part if you wish to look at it right away. And each has detailed story here in the knowledge base.
This is how the administration looks when you open it. you can see different modules in the middle, as well as on the side.
The main modules are displayed in the middle, and as you can see they are grouped by usability.
Here you will find basic projects settings, closed, and archived projects, you may also create a new project here, create a project from template, or perform a mass change:

This tab contains settings that have something to do with tasks. Basic attributes: Trackers, Task statuses and Workflow.
In trackers, you can create, edit or delete trackers.
Here you create, edit or delete task statuses.
Here you can edit workflow, filed permissions and CRM field permissions.
this tab contains everything that has something to do with users.
Here you can create, edit, or delete users, you can also see how many users you have.
Here you can create, edit or delete groups, as well as assign users to a specific group.
Here you can create, edit, or delete user types.
